Who this is for.

You’re functioning. But you’re not thriving.

You’re doing everything you’re “supposed” to do. You’re productive. You’re responsible. You’re holding the whole thing together.

But your body is changing—and what used to work no longer does.

Common patterns we treat:

  • fatigue that doesn’t match your life

  • weight resistance and body composition shifts

  • sleep disruption and stress reactivity

  • anxiety, irritability, mood volatility

  • brain fog and loss of drive

  • low libido and disconnection

  • perimenopause or menopause symptoms with “normal labs”

If you want a quick prescription without education, monitoring, and lifestyle accountability, we’re not the right fit.

Why Juno?

Modern longevity medicine—delivered with standards.

Most clinics offer the same tools:

Labs. Hormones. Supplements.

Juno is different because we don’t hand out interventions without architecture.

Every recommendation is part of a personalized clinical plan, delivered with sequencing, follow-up, and implementation support so you’re not left guessing what matters, what doesn’t, or what comes next.

From the beginning, we use targeted medical support when appropriate, often including foundational supplementation and stabilizing hormones to help your system calm and respond as we rebuild physiology.

At the same time, we integrate our ANCHOR Lifestyle Framework into every protocol—because sleep, nervous system regulation, metabolic capacity, and strength are not “extra.”

They are the foundation that makes clinical care work.

Hormones and peptides are powerful longevity tools.
At Juno, they’re integrated at the right time, in the right order—so foundations and optimization work together.

This is not high-volume hormone care.
This is a private longevity house designed for women who want depth, structure, and outcomes that last.

The Process

The Clinical Systems Review

Your symptoms, history, goals, and lab data—taken seriously. We identify patterns before we prescribe solutions.

We build your protocol based on your biology. No generic “one-size” hormone plan.

Personalized Plan Based On Your Data

Structured execution, close follow-up, and refinement until your physiology is stable and responsive.

Implementation + Monitoring

You’ll know exactly what we’re doing, why we’re doing it, and how we’re measuring outcomes.

  • 6 months of structured longevity care with The ANCHOR Framework integrated throughout (nervous system, metabolism, strength, circadian rhythm)

  • Lifestyle implementation support built into your clinical plan

  • Hormone optimization where clinically appropriate

  • Responsible peptide support as an advanced layer—not a first move

  • Symptom + lab tracking with a clear, evolving strategy

  • Education that makes your body make sense

  • Direct clinical messaging support via the Juno team

  • Close follow-up, monitoring, and refinement until stable

  • Maintenance and upgrade pathways available once foundation is in place

Specific testing, prescriptions, and supplement recommendations are personalized and may vary by clinical needs.

The initial 6-month Juno Longevity Protocol begins at $5,500. Advanced testing or therapeutics such as GI mapping or peptides are optional and discussed only if clinically appropriate..

What women say after entering Juno Longevity Haus

  • Yes, you’re welcome to share any recent labs you have. That said, the Clinical Systems Review includes a comprehensive baseline panel so we can start with a complete picture and build your plan from accurate, thorough data. Outside labs are often incomplete or missing key markers needed for true optimization. We do not offer discounts on the Clinical Systems Review for bringing your own lab work.

  • Yes. We work with clients remotely through a high-touch telehealth model. It’s intentionally designed to feel personal, warm, and thorough—while giving you the convenience of expert care without the logistics of in-person visits. This is not transactional telehealth. You’ll have a clear plan, real follow-up, and consistent clinical oversight.

  • Most clients invest between $5,500–$8,500 depending on their specific needs, testing, and treatment recommendations. You’ll receive clarity on the most appropriate path after your consult.

  • Possibly. You can have these conditions, but they must be well controlled and under active management with your primary care provider. We do not manage uncontrolled chronic disease and we are not a substitute for primary care.

  • No. The Juno Longevity Protocol is designed to complement—not replace—your primary care. Your PCP remains essential for acute care, urgent issues, routine screenings, and ongoing management of chronic conditions. We focus on hormone optimization, longevity strategy, and deeper clinical prevention work.

  • The Juno Method is designed for women 35+ who feel “off” and want a thorough, data-driven medical plan—without being rushed, dismissed, or handed a generic protocol. If you’re noticing shifts in energy, sleep, mood, weight resistance, brain fog, or libido, and you want a modern, clinically guided approach with monitoring and education, you’re likely a fit. The best way to know for sure is the Clinical System’s Review, where we assess your symptoms, history, and baseline labs and recommend next steps.

  • No. Hormone therapy is offered when clinically appropriate and aligned with your goals, labs, and risk profile. Some women benefit most from foundational work first (metabolic health, sleep, nervous system regulation, micronutrients, inflammation). Others are strong candidates for hormone optimization early. Your treatment is individualized—not automatic.

  • Yes. Many clients begin in menopause. Your plan will be personalized based on symptoms, goals, labs, and your medical history.

  • We do not work with insurance, and we are not able to provide detailed superbills with codes required for insurance reimbursement. If you have an HSA, you may be eligible to use it for your consult and/or care plan (eligibility varies by plan). If you are looking for insurance-based care, we may not be the right fit.

  • Yes. We offer up to 6-month interest-free financing through Affirm for qualified clients, as well as extended payment plans with interest determined by Affirm. Payment options will be presented at enrollment.
