This isn't your doctor's office. And it's not a wellness trend.

The Juno Longevity Protocol

A private, clinician-led program for women who are done being told they're fine when they know they're not.

We run the labs your doctor skipped. We find what's actually wrong. And we build a structured plan to fix it, with real support so you actually follow through.

Trusted by hundreds of women. Rated "life-changing" by the ones who committed.

Who this is for.

You're not lazy. You're not dramatic. And you're not "just getting older."

You're holding everything together. But your body stopped cooperating and what used to work doesn't anymore.

You're exhausted but your doctor says your labs are normal. Your weight won't budge. Your sleep is broken. Your brain is foggy. Your mood is unpredictable. Your libido is gone. The thing that made you YOU feels like it disappeared.

You've been to your doctor. Maybe multiple times. Maybe you got an antidepressant. Maybe you were told to exercise more. You left feeling dismissed.

So you tried the supplements. The protocols. The functional medicine visits. You've spent thousands. And you still don't feel like yourself.

This is exactly who Juno was built for. The woman who is ready to find out what's actually going on and do the work to fix it, with a provider who won't let her fall through the cracks.

But if you're the woman who's ready to stop guessing and start feeling like herself again? This is where that starts. The women who go through this program get their mornings back. They wake up rested. Their brain is sharp. Their kids get the version of them they've been missing. They stop surviving their life and start actually living it.

If you want a quick fix without accountability, we're not the right fit. And I'll tell you that to your face.

Why Juno?

This is not what you've experienced before.

Most providers hand you a prescription and send you home. Most functional medicine practices sell you supplements and book a follow-up in three months. Nobody checks whether anything is working. Nobody helps you implement the changes that actually determine whether your treatment succeeds or fails.

Juno is different.

You get a prescribing provider who runs the labs your doctor never ordered and interprets them in ways your doctor never would. A plan built around YOUR body, not a template.

You get a Protocol Assistant trained on Juno's clinical philosophy that coaches you between visits on nutrition, exercise, stress, and fitting changes into your actual life. Not a chatbot. A Juno coach in your pocket.

You get coaching touchpoints between provider visits. You get structured lifestyle implementation built into your clinical plan. Sleep. Fueling. Movement. Nervous system. The foundations that control whether everything else works.

Hormones and peptides are powerful tools. But layered onto a body that can't sleep, can't recover, and is running on empty? They underperform. Every time.

This is not high-volume hormone care. This is a private longevity practice for women who want depth, structure, and results that last.

The Process

The Clinical Systems Review

This is where we look under the hood. Full symptom assessment, comprehensive lab interpretation, and a clear breakdown of what's actually happening and why. You walk out knowing more about your body than you've learned in a decade of doctor's appointments. This is not a sales call. It's a standalone clinical roadmap.

Based on YOUR labs, YOUR symptoms, YOUR history. Not a template. Not what worked for someone on Instagram. Prescribing when it's warranted. Targeted nutrient repletion. Lifestyle foundations that actually move the needle. Structured, phased, and built for your life.

Your Personalized Protocol

This is where Juno is different from everything else. You don't leave with a plan and figure it out alone. You get coaching support, a private Protocol Assistant, structured check-ins, and close monitoring until you're stable and thriving. We adjust. We refine. We don't stop until it's working.

Implementation + Real Support

You’ll know exactly what we’re doing, why we’re doing it, and how we’re measuring outcomes.

6 months of structured clinical care including:

  • Comprehensive lab panels that go far beyond what your doctor orders, with clinical interpretation that actually connects the dots between your numbers and your symptoms

  • Hormone optimization where clinically appropriate, prescribed and monitored by a provider who understands how to layer it correctly

  • A private Protocol Assistant trained on Juno's clinical philosophy, available between visits to coach you through implementation, side effects, nutrition, exercise, and daily life

  • Structured lifestyle implementation built into your clinical plan, not treated as an afterthought. Sleep, fueling, movement, stress, nervous system. The foundations that determine whether everything else works

  • Coaching touch points between provider visits so you always have real human support when you need it

  • Symptom and lab tracking with a clear, evolving strategy that adapts as your body responds

  • Education that makes your body make sense, so you understand what's happening and why

  • Responsible peptide support as an advanced layer when appropriate, not a first move

  • Close follow-up, monitoring, and refinement until you're stable

  • Maintenance pathways available once your foundation is in place

Specific testing, prescriptions, and supplement recommendations are personalized and may vary by clinical needs.

The initial 6-month Juno Longevity Protocol is $6,000. Advanced testing or therapeutics such as GI mapping or peptides are optional and discussed only if clinically appropriate.

Most women move into a quarterly maintenance protocol after their initial 6 months to maintain their results. The cost of continued care depends on complexity and number of medications.

Ready?

Start with the Clinical Systems Review.

The CSR is your entry point into Juno. It's not a free discovery call. It's not a sales pitch. It's a real clinical consultation.

Here's what happens: before your appointment, we run a comprehensive lab panel. The markers your doctor skipped. The ones that actually explain why you feel the way you do.

When we meet, your provider will walk you through every result. Not just whether they're "in range." What they mean together. How your thyroid connects to your energy. How your insulin connects to your weight. How your ferritin connects to your sleep. The full picture.

Then we’ll tell you exactly what we’d recommend and why. No vague reassurance. No "let's wait and see." Straight answers.

What the CSR includes:

  • Full symptom and history assessment

  • Comprehensive lab interpretation

  • Clear breakdown of what's changing and why

  • Straight answers, not vague reassurance

  • Next-step options and personalized supplement and lifestyle recommendations whether you move forward or not

Clinical Systems Review: $600

If you enroll in the full protocol within 72 hours of your consult, your $600 is applied toward your program cost. Because I don't want the consult fee to be the reason you hesitate.

What women say after entering Juno Longevity Haus

  • Yes, you’re welcome to share any recent labs you have. That said, the Clinical Systems Review includes a comprehensive baseline panel so we can start with a complete picture and build your plan from accurate, thorough data. Outside labs are often incomplete or missing key markers needed for true optimization. We do not offer discounts on the Clinical Systems Review for bringing your own lab work.

  • Yes. We work with clients remotely through a high-touch telehealth model. It’s intentionally designed to feel personal, warm, and thorough—while giving you the convenience of expert care without the logistics of in-person visits. This is not transactional telehealth. You’ll have a clear plan, real follow-up, and consistent clinical oversight.

  • Most clients invest between $5,500–$8,500 depending on their specific needs, testing, and treatment recommendations. You’ll receive clarity on the most appropriate path after your consult.

  • Possibly. You can have these conditions, but they must be well controlled and under active management with your primary care provider. We do not manage uncontrolled chronic disease and we are not a substitute for primary care.

  • No. The Juno Longevity Protocol is designed to complement—not replace—your primary care. Your PCP remains essential for acute care, urgent issues, routine screenings, and ongoing management of chronic conditions. We focus on hormone optimization, longevity strategy, and deeper clinical prevention work.

  • The Juno Method is designed for women 35+ who feel “off” and want a thorough, data-driven medical plan—without being rushed, dismissed, or handed a generic protocol. If you’re noticing shifts in energy, sleep, mood, weight resistance, brain fog, or libido, and you want a modern, clinically guided approach with monitoring and education, you’re likely a fit. The best way to know for sure is the Clinical System’s Review, where we assess your symptoms, history, and baseline labs and recommend next steps.

  • No. Hormone therapy is offered when clinically appropriate and aligned with your goals, labs, and risk profile. Some women benefit most from foundational work first (metabolic health, sleep, nervous system regulation, micronutrients, inflammation). Others are strong candidates for hormone optimization early. Your treatment is individualized—not automatic.

  • Yes. Many clients begin in menopause. Your plan will be personalized based on symptoms, goals, labs, and your medical history.

  • We do not work with insurance, and we are not able to provide detailed superbills with codes required for insurance reimbursement. If you have an HSA, you may be eligible to use it for your consult and/or care plan (eligibility varies by plan). If you are looking for insurance-based care, we may not be the right fit.

  • Yes. We offer up to 6-month interest-free financing through Affirm for qualified clients, as well as extended payment plans with interest determined by Affirm. Payment options will be presented at enrollment.
