Modern clinical care for midlife health and longevity.

Hormones, metabolism, and performance guided by data, not trends.

Juno is a private telehealth practice specializing in longevity medicine, hormone optimization, and metabolic performance for midlife adults.

We work with women and men who are no longer interested in symptom chasing or trial-and-error health — and instead want a clear, medically guided strategy to preserve strength, cognition, energy, and healthspan.

What Juno Is — and What It Isn’t

Founded in Montana, Juno is a private clinical practice built to deliver precision longevity and hormone optimization care for patients across Montana and select states.

We specialize in hormone replacement therapy, metabolic health, and performance-focused medicine — but we do not treat these as isolated solutions. At Juno, hormones are one lever inside a larger clinical system designed to restore biological signal, resilience, and long-term capacity.

This is not insurance-based care, symptom-only medicine, or one-size-fits-all telehealth. Our model is intentionally structured, closely monitored, and built for people who want to execute a plan — not experiment endlessly.

Our Clinical Standard

Juno exists to redefine midlife medicine by providing disciplined clinical leadership during a stage where decline is often normalized and care becomes fragmented.

Our model integrates evidence-based medicine, hormone optimization, and lifestyle physiology into one coordinated system — designed for patients who want measurable results and are willing to execute.

We serve high-agency adults who view health as a long-term asset, not a series of quick fixes. Our work prioritizes data, structure, and accountability, because sustainable performance is built through clarity and consistency — not reassurance.

Our vision is to build a modern clinical institute where longevity medicine is practiced with precision, restraint, and long-term responsibility — setting a new standard for what midlife care can and should be.

PAIGE HELMER, APRN
Owner & Clinical Director

Paige Helmer is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and the founder of Juno.

After years working in traditional healthcare, Paige became frustrated by how often motivated patients were left without clear direction — managing symptoms in isolation or trying to piece together their health on their own. She founded Juno to provide more intentional, coordinated care.

At Juno, Paige develops treatment plans that integrate medical care with realistic lifestyle support, helping clients understand what matters most right now. She continues to provide clinical care while guiding the growth and direction of the practice.

CHRISTINE YONO, FNP-BC

Christine Yono is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and a primary telehealth provider at Juno. She lives in Michigan with her family and is a mother of four.

Christine brings years of experience in primary care and weight management, with a clinical passion for thoughtful assessment and whole-person care. She values taking the time to understand patterns rather than rushing to quick solutions.

At Juno, Christine conducts clinical visits and executes treatment protocols, partnering closely with the care team to deliver consistent, high-quality telehealth care aligned with Juno’s standards.

AMBER HORNTVEDT

Amber Horntvedt is a Medical Assistant and Certified Laser Technician at Juno. She supports clinical care, patient coordination, and in-person laser services for Juno clients receiving care locally.

With experience in healthcare and personal training, Amber plays an important role in helping clients feel comfortable, informed, and supported throughout their care. She assists with visits, treatments, and follow-up to ensure a smooth, organized experience.

As a mother of three, Amber values balanced, realistic approaches to health and enjoys supporting clients as they integrate care into everyday life.

Jada Foran, RN
Registered Nurse & Injector

Jada Foran is a Registered Nurse at Juno with a strong passion for lifestyle-supported medical care. She plays a key role in patient communication, care coordination, and helping clients implement treatment plans in a way that is realistic and sustainable.

Known within the clinic as Juno’s “non-toxic queen,” Jada is especially passionate about supporting lifestyle choices that enhance the effectiveness of medical care — without making life more complicated or overwhelming.

In addition to supporting medical care, Jada provides in-person aesthetic services at Juno’s Montana location, including neuromodulators, microneedling, and chemical peels. She brings a warm, grounded presence to the Juno team.
