Welcome, and thank you for your interest in Juno Longevity Haus with Paige Nicole, NP (DBA) / Revie & Company, LLC ("Juno," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our websites, programs, content, products, communications, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Who We Are and What We Offer
Juno provides wellness, hormone, and health-optimization services, educational content, and related digital products. Clinical services are offered only in the states where our providers are licensed. Access to clinical care is established through a separate intake, consent, and provider relationship, and is not created by your use of this website or by submitting a form.
2. Not Emergency or Insurance-Based Care
Our Services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. We do not work with or bill insurance. All Services are provided on a private, cash-pay basis.
3. Educational Content Is Not Individual Medical Advice
Content we publish, including on our website, social media, guides, and programs, is for general educational purposes and does not constitute individualized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Individualized care is provided only within an established provider relationship in a state where we are licensed. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your health regimen.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services or purchase our programs. By using the Services, you represent that you are 18 or older and able to enter into a binding agreement.
5. Applications, Consultations, and Fit
Some Services require an application and consultation before enrollment. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to decline to work with anyone when we determine we are not the right fit or cannot appropriately serve them.
6. Payments, Programs, and Refunds
Program fees are disclosed before enrollment. Unless a specific written refund policy is provided for a program at the time of purchase, program fees are non-refundable once services have begun, because we reserve provider time and resources for you. Payment plans, where offered, are subject to the terms presented at checkout and may be processed through third-party processors such as Stripe, Klarna, or Affirm.
7. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Juno related to your consult application, scheduling, and next steps, and, if you separately opt in, marketing and promotional messages.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Opting out of texts will not affect any other communications from us.
Your mobile phone number and SMS consent will not be shared with or sold to any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other information-sharing described in our Privacy Policy.
8. No Guarantee of Results
Health outcomes vary from person to person based on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific result, outcome, or timeline. Any examples, testimonials, or descriptions of typical experiences are illustrative and are not promises of your individual results.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, program frameworks, guides, and branding provided through the Services are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, resell, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without our written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Montana.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you use or purchase the Services applies. Updates will be reflected by the "Effective Date" above.
